Aeropelican has officially cut ties with the Inverell region.
The last flight left this week, following an announcement the airline will pull the pin on its Sydney and return service.
The regional carrier changed its timetable earlier this year to try to boost passenger numbers by catering more for the business sector.
However this failed to result in a turnaround of fortures.
Aeropelican is preparing to take over the Narrabri to Sydney route within the next fortnight, subject to CASA approval.
