Australian shoppers have helped raise $7-million for drought-stricken families.
Woolworths has donated all profits from last Friday’s trading to those struggling on the land.
The money will be distributed by the Country Women’s Association to help pay bills and cover expenses.
Since 2007, the annual Backing Our Farmers Day has raised $17-million for drought-affected families.
