Bail has been continued for a 35-year-old woman, charged over a fatal car crash in Tamworth last year.
It’s alleged Michelle Dorothy Williams was driving at almost three times the legal alcohol limit, when her car struck a power pole in Green Street last August.
A 22-year-old male passenger died.
Williams is facing six charges including drink driving and being unlicensed.
She is due to appear in Tamworth Local Court again on the 8th of April.
