I cannot fincd any link on the website for contacting NBN so I am using this one.
I live at Banora Point and receive NBN signals from Mt Nardi. When I watch NBN HD every now and then I get static in audio. This consists of one or two long bursts followed by 6 to 8 short bursts. I have never encountered it on SD. The problem only comes in when I am receiving live programmes like News and Cricket. While watching cricket on the evening of 10/2/09 the commentary was interrupted by this problem however, the transmission then went to commercials and the static stopped. I do not get the problem with other HD channels. I contacted the customer service area of the manufacturer of my TV, which is a LG 106cm LCD full HD. Technicians at LG advised that this was a transmission problem. My antenna is a WISI with quad shield cable to the wall plate. From the wall plate to TV quad shield cable with F connector.Can you please advise?
