The curtain has fallen on Tamworth’s country music festival for another year.
Thousands celebrated Australia Day by taking in some last minute tunes, on the final day of the world-renowned event.
Members of the popular bush band, the Wolverines, who are about to go their separate ways, were given special recognition.
Ambassador John English was also among those entertaining the crowds.
Mayor James Treloar did the official honours of closing the festival.
“I thank every member of the Tamworth community who embraces it with such joy.”
