A 22-year-old Coffs Harbour man has been sentenced to 18 months gaol for the assault of a female police office at last year’s Group-2 grandfinal.
Nathan Ian Green was found guilty in the Coffs Harbour Local Court of assaulting the officer during a brawl, which broke out between rival supporters at the Woolgoolga rugby league match .
The female officer was kicked in the head and knocked unconscious when she attempted to break up the fight.
