A man has died following a car crash on the Pacific Highway north of Coffs Harbour this morning.
The northbound car, with two people inside, veered across the highway then crashed into trees near Arrawarra at around 7.30.
The man was trapped for half an hour, before being freed by emergency services.
He was taken to Coffs Harbour Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
It’s believed the man may have suffered a heart attack.
A female passenger escaped the accident with minor injuries.
