Three men have been charged with stealing a large quantity of oysters, near Crescent Head.
Police will allege the men stole 300 oysters from leases in the Lime Burners Creek area leading up to Christmas.
The men are facing a string of charges, which carry hefty fines and possible jail sentences, and are due to appear in Port Macquarie Court next month.
