Tamworth’s annual ‘Pink Ribbon Ride’ has been cancelled.
Even with lockdown lifting this weekend, organisers say it’s too late to prepare for the event – slated for next week.
Organiser won’t rule out holding the event to a later date.
In recent years, up to 160 riders have taken part in the charity event.
Riders don pink and travel together from Tamworth to Quirindi, to raise vital funds for breast cancer research.
