A Hunter woman is planning the holiday of a lifetime while in isolation, after winning more than $100,000 from a lottery ticket.
The win was confirmed this morning, after she bought the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot entry at Tenambit Newsagency and Post Office, which was drawn earlier this month.
As well as winning the $100,000 first prize, she also won a consolation prize of $2,000.
The Maitland woman says she and her husband are ecstatic over the exciting discovery.
“We are going to put some of it towards our mortgage and then, when we can, we will go on a big overseas trip,” she explained.
