OZTAG HUNTING TALENT FOR NATIONALS

Tamworth Oztag is calling for more players to register to trial for November’s National Championships in Coffs Harbour.

Gunnedah and Bingara-based players are also being welcomed to represent the Northern New South Wales Bears.

It’s hoped trial numbers will be finalised by the end of the week, with the first session on Sunday at Tamworth’s Plain Street playing fields.

Meanwhile, Tamworth’s all-conquering Under 20s girls team have been invited to New Zealand in December, to compete in the Tag Champions Challenge Cup tournament.
