Arts programs in the Clarence Valley have received a welcome boost, with $70,000 awarded to The Grafton Regional Gallery.
Gallery Director Jude McBean says the state grant highlights the importance of the gallery’s programs in the community.
The money will be used to increase the profile of visual arts, as well as support individual artists for the 2018 program.
Clarence MP Chris Gulaptis says the grant is about supporting local cultural assets.
