CENTRAL COAST DOCTOR ACCUSED OF PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT
A Central Coast doctor has faced court after allegedly supplying a female patient with illicit drugs, and engaging in a sexual relationship with her.
The doctor, then 45, allegedly became involved with the woman, who was 26-years-old, after treating her son for a dog bite.
The Health Care Complaints Commission has charged the doctor with professional misconduct.
He is pleading not guilty.
A suppression order on his name has been issued, amid fears his professional reputation could be ruined by the claims.
