Former olympic kayaker, Nathan Baggaley had his case adjourned yet again at Lismore Local Court on Tuesday.
The Byron Bay local and his brother Dru, are facing multiple charges of supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug.
The brothers have been refused bail and appeared before the court via video link.
The case has been adjourned until the 2nd of December.
