Four Hunter New England Health projects are finalists in the New South Wales Health awards.
The awards have been running for a decader, and this year have attracted 159 entries.
Among the finalists is a healthy lifestyle project driven by the Tenterfield Health Service.
The program targets obesity and ways to prevent or at least delay chronic diseases.
Winners will be announced in Sydney this weekend.
