Eight towns from the New England and North West have made the final cut in the Tidy Towns competition.
Bingara, Binnaway, Boggabri, Delungra, Gunnedah, Manilla, Murrurundi and Tamworth are among the 63 finalists.
They’ve been recognised for improving their town through a range of initiatives, including environmental, heritage and conservation projects, school-based programs and parkland and beautification projects.
Winners will be announced at the end of this month.
