Mental health problems can strike anyone, at any time and at any age, but
increasingly it’s our young people who are suffering most.
The 12 to 25 year age group is particularly at risk and if issues aren’t
dealt with early, there can be a lifetime of problems.
In our Mind Matters segment tonight we focus on a new service reaching out
to young people, helping them with their headspace.
