A third Catholic priest has been charged with child-sex offences in the Hunter Valley.
Fr Peter Brock, who was stood down by the church a year ago, is accused of committing 22 offences in the 1970s and 80s, while a 56-year-old Newcastle dentist has also been charged with child sex crimes.
