The police say it’s incredible anyone survived a crash on the F3 at Warnervale, which left a vehicle impaled on a guard rail.
The worst of the injured, a 26 year-old woman from Raymond Terrace, remains in a serious condition in Royal North Shore Hospital with head and internal injuries.
