Coca-Cola Amatil and Gosford City Council has returned to the Land and Environment Court, over the multi-national company’s bid for a permanent licence to extract more water from its bores at Peats Ridge.
At issue is whether Coca-Cola met the conditions of a trial period ordered by the court in 2005.
