WEATHER: COLD NIGHTS FOLLOWED BY FINE DAYS

The westerly winds have been very consistent this winter and they’re set to continue, with another fast moving front sweeping across the south east corner of the country. This will make sure the nights remain cold.

A large blocking high will move and this will help with overnight frost and fog formation.

North east NSW and south east QLD will still see relatively comfortable afternoons thanks to all the sunshine warming the day.

The swell is also set to increase, and combined with the south westerly winds, it should be another good day in the surf.
