Four Armidale Dumaresq councillors have been found guilty of providing misleading information to the Attorney-General’s Department about the controversial part sale of the painting, Mosman’s Bay.
The council’s code of conduct committee upheld the complaint last night, but the councillors concerned say they were only representing the community.
