NICK FLANAGAN BOOKS HIS TICKET FOR THE US OPEN

He caddied for fellow Australian Aron Price at the US Open in 2016 – now the Hunter’s Nick Flanagan has made this year’s tournament.
In a qualifying event in Texas, the 32-year-old had rounds of 68 and 63 to secure one of three spots on offer.
It will be Flanagan’s second appearance in the tournament, after missing the cut in 2004… and follows a few years plagued by injury.
He’ll join the likes of Jason Day and Adam Scott when the open begins in Wisconsin next week.
