NRL RELEASES FINAL SALARY CAP AUDIT FOR 2012 SEASON

The NRL has released its final Salary Cap audit of the 2012 season with the Australian Rugby League Commission endorsing a total of $503,407 in fines across seven clubs.

Clubs will have five business days to make final submissions as to why the fine amounts should not be confirmed.

According to Knights CEO Matt Gidley, the team acknowledged why the breach occurred and are confident a similar incident will not occur again.

  1. I find it hilarious that Parramatta is there, how do they manage to go over the Cap, when the players they have wouldnt or shouldnt be paid all that much….. The two that deserved a decent pay have gone now…. And even then one of them took a paycut just to stay at the club……
