Police say both motorists involved in Tuesday’s fatal car crash north of Casino, had been banned from driving.
While no charges have been laid over the accident itself, a 36 year old man from Kyogle has been charged with driving while disqualified.
Police say the driver of the second vehicle, who died at the scene, had also been banned until November this year.
28-year-old Shaun Zagar, his six-year-old son, Kaleb, and five-year-old daughter Zara were killed, after a sedan ploughed into their parked car at Dyraaba.
