Police have found a body on the Central Coast, believed to be that of a missing kayaker.
Officers had been searching for the 44-year-old around the Chittaway Bay area. He was last seen kayaking about 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
Sadly, a man’s body was found in Tuggerah Lake near Berkeley Vale at around 9:30 this morning, with a red kayak also located.
Police will now formally identify the man and prepare a brief for the Coroner.
